Last year I did a simple rag wreath for Valentines Day.
Made of an old red t-shirt that had seen WAY better days!
(can we say ahhh ohhh little bitty bleach accident!)
I just went with the traditional rag wreath. Cut little fabric squares. Glue them to a wreath form of choice. Hang it by a little piece of white ribbon. And PRESTO all done.
